Certcy Pro Challenge — Official Rules

Duration: April 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET through April 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility

The Certcy Pro Challenge (the “Challenge”) is open to legal residents of the United States and its territories, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Dangerous Media LLC, their affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Challenge during the Challenge Period:

1. Download and install the Certcy app from Google Play (free)
2. Create a free Certcy account
3. Complete at least one practice session within the app during the Challenge Period

No social media sharing is required to enter. Sharing on social media does not provide additional entries or improve chances of winning.

4. Prize

Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) year of Certcy Pro subscription at no cost. Approximate retail value: $99.99 per prize. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $299.97.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected based on engagement and activity within the Certcy app during the Challenge Period. The top three (3) most active users, as measured by practice sessions completed, questions answered, and consecutive days of use, will be declared winners.

Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Certcy account within five (5) business days after the Challenge Period ends. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Privacy

Information collected during the Challenge will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Challenge and delivering prizes. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Challenge at any time for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, errors, or lost entries.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Dangerous Media LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Challenge or acceptance of any prize.

9. Governing Law

This Challenge is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
