How long does it take to onboard a team?
Under 10 minutes. Create the organization, bulk-invite learners (CSV or paste), and share the Play Store or app.certcy.app link. Learners create their accounts and their seats auto-activate on first login.
Do learners need their own accounts?
Yes — each learner signs in with email + password or Google SSO. Their progress follows them if they change teams or organizations.
Can we customize which exams our team sees?
Yes, from the Exam Access admin page. Enable or disable any of the 17 tracks per organization, and set the display order.
What about the mobile app?
Available on Google Play for Android today; iOS in Q2 2026. Same sign-in, same progress, syncs automatically.

How do we cancel?
