Why This Matters
Cybersecurity has over 500,000 unfilled positions in the United States. The talent pipeline starts in classrooms. But most certification prep tools cost hundreds of dollars, and bootcamps charge $1,300 to $3,400 for programs that last weeks.
Students should be able to start building cybersecurity skills today, not after they can afford a premium subscription. Certcy’s CompTIA A+ exam prep is already free for everyone. For institutions, we offer expanded access to all certification exams at no cost or deeply discounted rates.

Is Certcy free for students?
Yes — CompTIA A+ exam prep (110+ questions across 8 domains) is completely free for everyone, students included. For institutional partnerships that unlock ISC2 CC and SSCP access for entire classes, contact partnerships@certcy.app.
How do I get Certcy for my classroom?
Email partnerships@certcy.app with your institution name, program type, and estimated number of students. We’ll work with you to set up free or discounted access for your class.
What certifications can students study for?
Certcy covers CompTIA A+ (free), ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity CC, and ISC2 SSCP. Version 2 (April 30, 2026) adds CompTIA Security+, Network+, and CySA+ — bringing the total to 6 certification exams.
Does Certcy work offline?
Yes. Students can download question sets and study anywhere — no Wi-Fi required. This is especially useful for students who study on commutes or in areas with limited connectivity.
